Screen Popup and ICM 5.0

Hello ,

If I have ICM 5.0 and a third party orcle application how do I configure ICM such that I can have screen popup of orcle application through ICM.

Hi Radhika,

You would require the CISCO ICM CTI interface with your ICM implementation, as well as the Oracle Interaction Centre.

"When calls are delivered to the local site, the call-context data is

sent to Oracle Interaction Center through the Cisco ICM CTI interface and is delivered to the Oracle E-Business application

for immediate access to customer data. The CTI interface also provides soft phone capability for the Oracle applications."
