my cx reply one strang thing to me
before yesterday,they can forward one call without the receiver pickup the phone
but today,when they transfer a call,must wait c receiver(reference exhibit) pick up the phone,in 7912/7940/7960 display screen show the transfer button,can any one tell me why,very very tks

A->B
B transfer to C
Must wait C pick up the phone the transfer button on 79xx will show up,but before,you can transfer a call without C pickup

Can you be more specfic with the version of CCM used,
Did you do any upgrades nearby.

I USE CCM VER 3.3.2
I DON'T HAVE UPGRADE NEARBY

Coul be a bug. Just restart the CCM service and you should be good to go. It should clear out everything if all else fail.
