Hi,
I want to setup Season Greetings in Cisco Unity as from DEC XX.
I cannot use last year Greeting as it has different dates etc.
What are the steps to follow?
Someone told me that I can use the Greeting Administrator to load a greeting from the phone directly but I don't know the ID and password when I dialled the number. is there a was to reset these credentials?
The old IT person left all of a sudden without any handing over.
