Can anyone expalain how to set this so that agents can log in to a âguest accountâ to our hotline agent group and my question is can the account be mobile as in logged into different phones using extension mobility or does the RMJTapi agent require that it have it's own phone device with a unique MAC? We are running Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 5.0 Agent Desktop 5.0 Premium version

Each phone that an agent could log into with Extension Mobility must be associated to the RmCm application user. That user must be able to control all phones that a user is trying to use with CCX. The DN must appear on only one devices and the Device Profile counts as one. This means you can put the same DN on a phone and a device profile.
It is also recommended that you adjust the Extension Mobility service parameters such that it only allows one concurrent login of the device profile.

Just noticed a typo in my response: This means you *canNOT* put the same DN on a phone and a device profile.
