Show call active voice brief statistics

Why "sh call active voice brief" command is not displaying statistics like as below ;

How can I enable ? Any suggestion ?

And what router type / IOS version?

Question is why the rx/tx rtt, pl , delay ,lost valus is empty ?

Have you configured the following commands?

voice service voip
 media statistics
 media bulk-stats
