Our customer has upgraded Call Manager from 3.3(4) to 4.1(3). They use an application to send a diary reminder to users phones (7912s). Since the upgrade the application is unable to authenticate. We have a username that is associated with the relevent devices. We have tried a password change. If we try to http from a web browser the following error is displayed after 3 attempts to log in.
