softkey programming for 7960

what additional functions exist for programming then softkeys on a 7960.

I would like to add the forward on busy function onto key 5 on a 7960. This function does not appear to exist, however I am sure it has to be there somewhere can some body help

Hi,

From your description I suppose you'd like to program this function onto one of the buttons to the right of the 7960's display.

I'm afraid this can't be done - these buttons can either be programmed as speed dials or as a Line (Directory Number)

The only thing that can be programmed is the order of the softkeys per call state (the 4 buttons below the display) using the "softkey template" menue in CCM Administration

what is the library of functions that are available to progreamme onto the 4 buttons. I would likie to use the cll forward n busy function but the is not avaiable to me. Where can I find the library of fubnctions
