Softkey questions on CM3.3(3)

I would like to include the <transfer to voicemail> button on my normal phones(to allow a call to be ignored, like it can be with the softphone). I can get the button to appear by adding one of the IPMA applications to my softkey template configuration. When the call comes in, they key is there, but when I press it, it says that key is not active here. What needs changed?

Also, is there a way to change the softkey label? I would like CFwdAll to just say Forward.

Which version of ccm are you using.I think it is available from 3.3.4 or 4.0 I think
