SpeechView w/ Cisco Unity Connection

What speech to text software do you use if an end user receives a voicemail? 

Do you use SpeechView option in Cisco Unity Connection? Is there any decent documentation on how to install, setup, and test?

SpeechView is a paid add-on since the message is processed off-box by Nuance (IIRC). Ask your Cisco partner for a quote for the number of mailboxes you want to enable it on.

An alternative option is Donoma Software OneVoice. Webex Calling multi-tenant (WxC-MT) includes message transcription natively.
