Speed dials while using SRST

Im using SRST and when CCM is not available, phones

enter in fallback mode correctly.

The problem here is that some ghost speed dials appeared in some phones (1).

How can I recreate the config files for SRST ?

Something like Enabling Caching in TFTP for CCM
