Currently SQL is at SP3. Want to follow this link to update all the patch including OS.
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/osbios.htm.
One question is about SQL. On the SQL server 2000 updates, it list SQL2K-MS03-031.exe as SQL 2000 Hotfix. then at File tracking it list SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0.5. Should I apply both or one covers the other?
Thanks

I read the release notes for SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-5
****
If you have successfully installed SQL2K SP3, SP3a or MS03-031 on a server, do not install this upgrade (SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-5.exe).
****
The instructions also reads: Run this from Query Analyzer
Select @@Version
The result should be Less Than 8.00.760. If the result is equal to or greater than 8.00.760, do not run this upgrade (SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-5.exe).
Since CallManager 3.3.3 and above includes Sp3, DO NOT install SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-5.
You should only install SQL2K-MS03-031.exe
