Stuck in TSP Configuration

I just installed a new v4.02 Unity server and it is stuck in the Phone Integration (TSP configuration) portion of the "Cisco Unity Installation and Configuration Assistant". We had some problems with the TSP configuration and had to go back and modify the parameters. Now it is working and tests clean but the Installation Assistant screen keeps popping everytime the server is booted. Any ideas on how to clear the flag that is causing this to pop?

You can add this to the registry to get past the Phone Integration:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Active Voice\CUCA\UTIM]

"HasCompleted"=dword:00000001

Same thing happening here after upgrading from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3. Our phone system is already integrated & same with SSL so I don't need to go through steps 5 & 6 but the wizard is 'stuck' on step 5.

I know I can remove CUICA from Startup & that'll stop the wizard appearing at logon, but am I best hacking the registry to complete the wizard. (I assume when the wizard completes it deletes C:\CUICA.tmp or can I do this manually now?)
