Telemarketing - Out Bound Auto Dialer

I am looking for a way to configure a UC540 so that when our employees (telemarketers) lift their handset the phone will automatically dial the next available phone number from a predefined phone number list.  I am also open to a 3rd party application if someone can make a recommendation.
