Telex P-800 fixed audio source and static.

Twice now in the last month the MOH fixed audio source has locked up and it just sits there and plays static/noise. The Telex is hooked up to the Publisher. It is on a 7825 with 1024 memory and 2 gig processor. CCM version is 3.3.3es65. The audio source is satellite. When this happens we can confirm that the satellite source is still playing music. Only way to fix so far has been to reboot the server. We've had this problem with multicast as well as unicast. Any suggesting?

I am having problem with a publisher not booting up , and starting all the CCM services. We have to start some services manually. Is it because there is a Telex P-800 USB audio adapter plugged in ?
