Third Party Reporting Tool

Does anyone have any suggestion on a Third Party Reporting tool for IPCC Express. The some of the reports in Historical Reporting don't provide enough information.

Hi,

Customers can use any reporting tool that interfaces with SQL database to create and view reports. The one we use is Crystal Reports 8.5.

The documentation on CISCO IPCC EXPRESS for Creating Custom Historical Reports states to save the report in .rpt format.

We are investigating using InfoMaker to create our custom reports, however it appears the only report format is Powersoft Report extention .psr in InforMaker.

We also want to be able to add the custom reports to the Report Type drop-down list on the Cisco CRA Historical Reports main window.

Do you know if this can be done with InfoMaker created reports?

Is there a chance you can post some sample Crystal reports? I know enough aobut Crystal to be dangerous, but am getting asked to write some. Using someone else's may be a better starting point. Is this allowed?
