We have CCM 4.0
The problem is that we have a receptionist at our school who answers all calls. When she is on the phone <7960> with a call...they next call will ring...the transfer key disappeared...i have used different phones to test...still happens...also to give a little insight on this...the call handler is having calls go through Unity first so we can have scheduling work with out them having to worry about a night button or fowarding to a night greeting...i hope i am not the only one with this problem.....thanks in advance

Work around for this is to hit the line button for the first call twice and you should see the tranfer soft key come back.

check on the line:
MAximum number of calls = must be > 1 (or no other line available) - outgoing
default is 4
&
busy Trigger - incoming call trigger
