I think you might be a little disappointed here - most things like CallBack won't work, you'll more or less get basic calling between the systems, with caller name, and the ability to transfer calls between the systems.
You'll be able to do things that you can do to outside callers, e.g. start conferences and so on, but not things like callback or monitoring line status etc..
You'll be able to share the same centralised Unity system if you have it though...
