Need to connect two PBXs with PRI using access routers. How would we achieve a 'trunk' connection between the two PBXs, is the 'Network Side ISDN PRI' the appropriate feature ?

Hello, if you're going to transport propietary signalling throught this connection between the PBX's (trunk connection) you should use the "Circuit Emulation over IP" feature with the network module for this feature:
But if you only wants to transport calls (toll bypass), connect the router with the PBX normally and configure the dial-peers to redirect the desired calls to the other PBX. You can see an example at:

Thanks for your message. The second option is more like what I want. It user qsig, can I just use pri-net5, in case qsig is not supported ?

Sorry to bother you all. I have seen in a config that connection plar has been used, I thought you can use plar only with fxs/fxo ans E&M. Has anybody seen it work with e1?
