Hey Group,
I am sure I am overlooking something obvious, a couple of my users wish to turn off the notification of voicemail via email. I haven't found where to change this config, can anyone assist? Thanks in advance.

Unity isn't sending your users email notifications of voice messages stored in a seperate, proprietary store - it's actually using Exchange as it's mailstore directly. As such you can't just "turn off" UM notifications there. If you have users that don't wish to get email in their inbox for whatever reason you'll have to create a seperate mailbox for their voice mail that's hidden in the outlook address book and use that for the subscriber.

Create a new class of service where Text-to-Speech is not enabled, and apply it to the users that don't want unified

Hello -
Check to make sure these users don't have Message Notification turned on in their subscriber settings. They may have selected email notification (Text for VMI) of voicemails coming into their inboxes.
