UCCX Server login issue

Hello all,

We having 3 Call Manager 8.5.1 ver. with MS LDAP integrated,

AXL provider for CCX are all the 3 CUCM's and CTI Manager are the 2 CUCM Subs.

We have a issue now, when we shutdown the CUCM Pub,we are not able to login to UCCX Server as appadmin.

As soon as the CUCM Publisher back in operation, we are able to login to UCCX. Anyone came across such issue?

Hi

No - it sounds like you have it configured properly. Did you restart the UCCX cluster after configuring the three AXL servers?
