This is probably a silly question, but we recently stopped being able to check voicemail dialing an outide number (PSTN number)to our CME/CUE system. However, I am able to get the voicemail prompts if I dial the internal number 1000 from one of the attendants or dial the same number from one of the ip phones on the network. What am I missing? do I need some kind of translation pattern or rule that matches or redirects the outside did number to the internal voicemail extension? please help
