Unable to configure DN for Phone 2 on ATA186

I'm trying to configure a second DN (for Phone 2) on an ATA186. I used the MAC address fabrication procedure (drop the 2 left digits and add 01 to the right) when configuring the virtual ATA186 (for Phone 2). I see the "virtual" ATA186 registered with CallManager but I'm not able to dial to the DN of Phone 2.

Is there any other trick needed to have two DNs (one for each Phone) on an ATA186?

There is nothing special about the programming of the DNs.Make sure that the calling search ,partitions are proper.

Also go to ATA page make sure that EPID1 is not set to 0 .This should be set to "."

ATA's can be kind of finicky, make sure you go to the device page, hit update, reset phone, reset (not restart)

I have found that ATA's DirN's tend to not take effect in Callmanager until you do this and you might want to attempt this more than once.
