Hi,
I installed Unity 3.1.3(Demo version) integrated with call manager 3.1.2c.Installation went on smoothly. But when I try to leave a message Uniy interupts after about 5 sec with a message "Press 2 to send the message.. Press 3 to hear the message u have left.(when I press 3 I cannot hear the message I want to leave)....." .When I checked the voice mail in the other IP phone, there is no voice mail & no MWI.
I upgraded to 3.1.5 & problem is same.
Please help to solve this problem

sounds like you might be experiencing a one way audio issue (i.e. you can hear Unity but Unity can't hear you). Check out this tech tip:

Hi Lindborg,
I will try the first option(Pressing info button while recording..).But the unity, call manager & phones are in the same subnet & have same gateway.IP Phones are using DHCP & unity server is using static IP.There is no firewall, router or any other equipment in between.
Please suggest.

Does Unity have 2 NICs in it? This will cause it too. If so you need to disable one of them.
