Unity 3.1(1) Unable to create subscriber

Hi,<br>I installed Unity 3.1(1).Installation went on smoothly but I am not able to create subscribers.The error message I get is "Could'nt create the object because no more license were available".<br>I have checked from System>Licence counts it shows subscriber Unused=50 & Used=0,No of ports=4,Integration=TAPI.The system key is plugged into the USB port.Is there anything else I should configure before creating the subscribers.Will appreciate if somebody can help me on this.<br><br>Regds<br>Taurus<br><br>

Check from the SAweb page, in the 'Class of Service', 'Licensed Features' menu that you don't have something checked that is not licensed on the key. i.e. ViewMail for Outlook. You will get an error like the on you are getting if that is the case.

Also I highly recommend that you get to later code than 3.1(1). 3.1(3) is performing nicely in the field.
