Unity 4.0 on MCS7835 - Network Fault Tolerance

I have just installed a Unity 4.0 with Platform Specific disks. I want to enable Network Fault Tolerance on the two NIC cards. The install guide suggests to refer to documentation provided by NIC manufacturer. Do I have to update the driver to get this function? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you install with a CallManager OS disk?

No, I used the the CD/DVDs that came with the Unity server. The platform specific CD is the one that installed the OS (from an image I believe). I think I can use the SmartStart CD and install the Compaq teaming software and achieve this function. Just seems that since that is the recommended method in the install guide, the necessary drivers and software would already be there.
