unity seems to be working but I cannot hear the prompts , on the port status monitor unity is picking up the call and sending the prompts, but I can not hear them. Where do I need to start?
I think you should treat it as one-way voice. Probably you have some routing problems (try placing the phone in the same vlan on the same switch as unity and see if it's working ) or your dual NIC isn't configured properly...Just some thoughts.
