Unity does not respond to Keys from external call

I have a Unity 3.0(2) That will not respond to any key presses made from an external call. It keeps asking for input.

The complete setup is Unity 3.0(2) Callmanager 3.0(11) and TSP 1.0.0.39

Any suggestions

Make sure you have dtmf relay enabled on your dial peer in the gateway.
