What is the conversion for numbers of mb/min that messages will be stored at for G711?

G.711 = 8KB/sec

This equates to:

* 480Kb/minute

* 14.4Mb/half hour (industry average voice storage per user)

* 7.2Gb for a half hour of voice storage for 500 users

* 14.4Gb for an hour of voice storage for 500 users

Old post, but I used it as a reference. Just a word of caution to any others viewing this. Metrics should be in MB (Megabytes) not Mb (Megabits). To update the table Keith provided:

This equates to:
