You may want to check out the "audio text applications in Unity" paper on the Documents page of www.CiscoUnityTools.com - it covers what you can/can't do insofar as partitioning Unity servers for multiple groups among other things.
The most commong way to do this is to setup routing rules for different DID numbers used by the different groups calling into Unity but there are other options as well.
