I have a customer that wants to be able to manually route calls to day or night shift folks and to have 2 separate hunt groups and 2 Unity mailboxes. Schedules would be the easy way, but they want a way to control it manually since the shifts overlap and the work load for day/night fluctuates.
Desired flow:
Callers reach main AA, press 1 for Orders
Caller Input Option 1 = Caller is transferred to DN 28898
DN 28898 is assigned to a phone
During the day they use CallFwdALL DN 29989 to Hunt Pilot 28880
28880 rings Day shift phones and reaches Unity on RNA
Callers leave message for Day shift
During the night they use CallFwdALL DN 29989 to Hunt Pilot 48880
48880 rings Night shift phones and reaches Unity on RNA
Callers leave message for Night shift
What I can't seem to figure out is how to tell Unity to use the Hunt Pilot number for the mailbox. It always seems to want to use 28898. I tried using a Forwarded Routing Rule, but since it wants to dump it in one User or Call Handler, that doesn't seem like a viable option.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
