Unity RUNDLL error

jerake

Unity 3.1.5, Exchange 2000 off-box.

Been getting two strange errors every few minutes on the Unity box for the past couple of days, listed below. To be honest, I haven't looked at the box for a few days, so this came as a shock. It's not affecting users from retrieving voicemail/sending voicemail, but the fact that it's occurring so often is a little worrisome to me (I haven't tried rebooting the box, which is our usual fix for every problem that occurs on Unity, because it's in full production at the moment). Any ideas/comments/suggestions as to what this is would be greatly appreciated.

Hello -

Have you contacted Microsoft support for this error by chance? RUNDLL and RUNDLL32 are Microsoft Windows programs that are used to load DLLs into memory so that they can be used by specific programs or by Windows. Has anything been added to your Startup, or via a login script or batch file for this server? I am running Unity 3.1(5) in production and 4.0(2) in test and have never seen these errrors. I suspect they are Windows, not Unity-related errors, especially since it sounds like your Unity application is functioning properly.

Sincerely,Ginger
