Dave ,
I noticed someone asked the question earlier.
What are the best values to setup for ART good calls bad calls very bad calls etc Jitter and obviously latency over 150ms is not the best. Jitter is Jitter right so if you experience a call with max jitter of 120 and Avg of 23 how do you guys at CISCO rate this call.
Is there a suggested model for this ?
I was speaking to a guy from intergrated research the makers of prognosis software for callmanager and he said he had read some good dodco regarding this topic
any ideas where I can find it ?
Thanks Dave 8-)

Hi,
This might help...
Check out the document (same document as in the ART question below):
It identifies the default QoS values that ART uses to classify a call (ie good, acceptable, fair, etc).
Another link that might help is:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/cvmtelemate.html#measurevq
which has a decent section on voice quality.
