Team,
We have had a hybrid CallManager/Nortel 81c environment working well for the last 2.5 years.
Recently, However, there seems to be issues between the two systems (no changes besides MACs on the phones have been done). The system seems to get in a state where no voice communications between CallManager and the PBX is heard. Call Setup completes fine but sometimes no voice is heard in either direction or "alerting" sometimes doesn't get heard on the IP Phones.... Not sure if this is an IOS or hardware issue posisbly DSP related on the VG200s but considering this has been very stable for 2.5 years, I am unsure how to proceed (DSP's don't appear to be hung or have issues during this period using the "Test Dsp 1" command).
VG200 is running 12.1(3r)T2 and the DSPWare version is 4.0.26 (DSP hardware types are: C549). Any help or suggestions would be great!
Thanks....D

I have had SW to DSP issues before on VG200's. Did it go back to normal after a reboot?
If so I would open a TAC case and look for a related DDTS.
Also do a show voice call summ and see if you have any "stuck" calls.
