TAC has informed me that VIC2-4FXO cards and MGCP are not supported in CCM 3.3(3). Besides using H.323, which I hate. Does anyone know any other thing to try, besides upgrading?

You could upgrade to 3.3(4) then 3.3(4)sr2, or go to 3.3(5). Those are both fairly easily non-complicated upgrades to do. Just need to download the maintainance update from CCO and apply it. 3.3(4) supports this module with MGCP.
What model routers are the VIC2-4FXOs in? There were some IOS bugs related to them so you also want to make sure you're on recent 12.3T IOS. 12.3(8)T7 or 12.3(11)T4 I would suggest. 12.3(14)T is brand new but you could use that also if you wanted.

Cisco says that VIC2's aren't supported until 3.3(5).
Also, I am using a 1760 with a non-train IOS, not sure off the top of my head.
If I did upgrade, I would need to upgrade the TSP version in Unity and upgrade the 7 sites that have Attendant Console.

We have several clients with 1760s and VIC2-4FXO and 3.3(4). But since you need to upgrade, you can go either route or jump to 4.x.
