Hi guys
we have a problem with sip voice call, when a sip call connect to a agent with desktop Cisco jabber, customer voice cut off and agent can't ear customer voice, but customer voice recorded on Mediasense with best quality, we uninstall anti virus from system and reload call manager, but there is this issue yet, We have E1 and there isn't any problem for voice call, this issue just on sip voice happened only on Jabber Desktop
Has anyone had this problem?
