Both remote and central has PRI and RDNIS is working fine, when WAN lost connection, SRST kick in. Caller calls the ip phone via the pstn and no answer forwarded to central office unity server. the forwarded digits is 4 digits(DID number) from debug isdn q931 and unity call viewer, however since our system is overlapped extension system, in unity all the subscribers has a prefix with the DID. For instance, DID 4111 in office A will be 7224111 as subscriber, DID 4111 in office B will be 7234111.Is there a way can translate the forwarded number to 7224111 for office A and 7234111 for office B or at least they display different from unity point when in SRST mode. I can use alternative extension but this only can serve for one user, the other overlaped user will not work. Appreciate any feedback. thanks

You may like to verify your configuration with the following document.

If I understand your question correctly any call coming from the remote site as a forwarded call needs to be translated to 723411 .Is this right?

When your SRST kicks in when your WAn is down your calls are getting routed to the Voicemail through the PSTN where PSTN gets the whole 10 digit number.
Is that right.
If thats the case you can try with creating Translation Pattern with Calling Party Transformations and Called Party Transformations Mask.

To answer rnarayana question:
Need 7221234 and 7231234 for two subscribers when in srst call forwarded mode.
To answer carjiit question:
when call forwarded to voicemail the unity only looked at the forwareded number as mailbox number, however the PSTN only send the last 4 digits via the pstn circuit. the Translation Pattern with Calling Party Transformations and Called Party Transformations Mask only works for calling and called party may not work for the redirected(forwarded) number, also in srst ccm is down. only translation rule will be able to applied on router
anyway currently these two sites not have many duplicated DID after further investigation. so we talked to customer those fewer users who had DID duplicated will not have forwared mailbox function unless they change their DID from carrier.

Hello all,
Are there static translation-rules defined in your gateway config?
