Voice Mail recived by email?

Hello,

Our Customer need that solution: he need to recive voice mail on E-mail and iphone and windows mobile and Black Berry.

How can i do that/

I need that urgently,,,,,,

Cisco Unity integrated with Microsoft Exchange offers unified messaging. Your mobile clients can then connect to Exchange. We use this setup now with all of the mobile clients that you mentioned. Works very well.

What cisco products do you have currently ?

We use CUE-7.1 with CUCM.

CUE has a concept of integrated messaging. This allows users to access their VM box using an IMAP client such as Microsoft Outlook. In order to access the box externally, you would need VPN or other external access to CUE. Generally, it is not best practice to open CUE to public internet access.
