Can somebody tell me if it is possible to setup voice mail service for call manager without using Unity server. We are running call manager 4.1.

Hi Hansraj,
CallManager does not have any "built - in" voicemail capabilities. You do not however, have to use Unity for voicemail. There is support through proper integration to use 3rd party voicemail systems like Avaya/Octel and others. If you have the need for a smaller number of voicemail boxes you can also rollout Cisco Unity Express;
