Hi
CCM 4.1(2), AA, Web Attendant Configured.
When web attendant is logging to the console, system mentions that " Call Control Intialization failed" and lines are not showing active in the console.
TCD - is working fine.
Checked up the troubleshooting of Web Attendant..Similar problem is not mentioned.
Any help on the above problem..

Do you mean Attendant Console?
Have you created the AC user? (password should be 12345)
Also have you associated the lines of the phone you're trying to control to the AC user?

Make sure ac user is created and the pilot is associated with ac user.Also make sure for ac user "enable cti application" and "call retrival" is checked in the user page.
Also password needs to be 12345

In addition to all of the previous items mentioned, make sure that your list of call processing servers in the advanced options tab are seperated by commas and not any thing else. I was having the exact same problem you describe until I fixed the list of call processing servers.

Problem is resolved by logging with the user ac and associating the attendant devices.
