We use the Azure AD Wizard for sync and SSO of our users and it works fairly well. Now we have added a few external identities (added manually, not synced using cross-tenant feature) and wish for them to also use our Webex. The external identities sync via the Wizard and look good in control hub. The accounts get activation emails and verify as well. However, when they try to login to webex.com or the Webex app the get "no email found in id token from identity provider". I have opened a case with TAC but they seem to be a bit flummoxed at the moment. Any ideas on what is going on or what next steps I can take to troubleshoot?
