Webex Teams reverting to Cisco Spark?

We have had a number of users who had Cisco Webex Teams installed and then suddenly it reverted back to Cisco Spark.  Has anyone else seen this, or have any idea why this might happen?

I haven't heard of anyone having an issue like this. Perhaps bring it up in the Webex Ambassador Community. https://ambassador.webex.com

I’ve never seen the app do this. 

Sometimes if a user started out with Spark U might still see it in add/remove programs but even then the app never appears to be Spark.

All of them are users who did originally have spark when it was still branded that way, but were updated to Webex Teams when everyone else was.
