Hi.
More and more often (now several times a day) WebView stops working proberly. There is a login screen, but when the domain/username and password are typed in, and LOGIN button is clicked, the page just sits there. If JAGUAR service on Admin Workstation is restarted, everything works fine again. I noticed that Jaguar fails mostly when there are new reports being created.
Is it a known bug? Anybody seen this issue?

check the memory. Maybe you have problem with server memory or you don't have enough memory.

It is actually a Cisco server, and there are no hardware issues. Also with ICM 4.6.2 it worked without any problems.

Check disk space. The srv.log can chew up disk space and cause Jaguar to crash. Also, are you able to launch the Jaguar Server Manager? If not, check the version of JVM 1.2.2 that you are running *if* you are on a Pentium 4 server. You'll need the later version of of JVM (1.2.2_014) from Sun.

It's a known problem with the sun jvm that is used under webview and jaguar. Call the tac center, they can provide you with the config file parameter changes that resolve this.
