In the Bill of Materials document it lists support for Windows 2000 or Windows NT 4.0. Is this version specific? If so, please update document.

The latest BOM located here:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/icm/ccbubom/index.htm
does specify that Windows 2000 is supported *only* on Release 4.6.1. When 4.6.2 is released, it will also support Win2K.
Both of these releases are "bridge" releases, meaning they still support Windows NT and SQL 6.5 as well as Win2K and SQL 7.0.
