I am using one 100G line card (N77-M312CQ-26L) on Nexus 7710 Chassis. I am configuring VRF to all the ports of 100G line card to run L3 traffic. First two port of the line card connected to Spirent Test-center to send and receive the traffic and all other ports are loop-backed. I am using QSFP-100G-SR4-S for all the ports with 12F OM3 fiber optic cable.
I have given the below IP configuration for first two port and other are normally configured.
interface Ethernet1/1
description Connected to Spirent TestCenter port 101.0.0.2:1:1
mtu 9216
mac-address 0000.0000.0301
vrf member vrfp1_1-1_3
ip address 101.0.0.1 255.255.255.0
no shutdown
interface Ethernet1/2
description Connected to Spirent TestCenter port 200.0.0.2:1:2
mtu 9216
mac-address 0000.0000.0302
vrf member vrfp1_12-1_2
ip address 200.0.0.1 255.255.255.0
no shutdown
After giving the IP and VRF configuration to all the ports are UP except first two ports as below:

I am getting this Link not connected issue for the first two ports.
Please let me know what could be the problem with configuration side.

Did the links work before you added config?
'Link not connected' usually indicated a physical layer issue. What SFP do you have on the Spirent side?
I would loop back the two interfaces on the Nexus, if they come online, you need to ensure correct optics are used between N77 and Spirent.

when I loop back both line card ports (1 & 2) it works.
I am using same QSFP (100g-SR4-S) as that of Line card ports, on Spirent side.
After connecting to individual ports of Spirent and giving configuration commands, it shows Link not connected.
