Hi Guys,
I have to configure OTV between my DC's. On one side, I have only one VDC and I can configure 2 more VDC's. But on another end, I already have 3 VDC's configured. Can I still configure OTV between these 2 datacenters?

Hello Sudhir,
SUP1 and SUP2 can support maximum 4 (+1 Admin) VDCs.
With SUP2E, you can configure 8(+1) VDCs.
With the VDC and ADV licenses installed, if you have SUP2E, you should be able to configure 8 VDCs.

Hello,
Are you running SUP1 or SUP2? Do you make use of Admin VDC or use Default VDC?
With Admin VDC, you get to configure 4 non-default VDCs. Please see
Table 4: Licensing Requirements for VDC https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/sw/nx-os/virtual_device_context/configuration/guide/b-7k-Cisco-Nexus-7000-Series-NX-OS-Virtual-Device-Context-Configuration-Guide/creating-vdc.html#reference_2FA79C06B40946568C96AA5F9ACAD9B9
Remember, Layer-3 gateway and OTV edge for a VLAN can not reside on the same VDC. You will need a seperate VDC to serve as OTV edge device.
Best Regards,
Santhosh
