Cisco Prime DCNM - LAN issue

Hi,

I have a problem with DCNM - Client. The issue started yesterday when I opened the DCNM - Client. All the information related to the "Feature Selector" options is blank. No info from the devices is displayed.

The DCNM server is running properly.

Just to let you know the "Device Discovery" option, under "DCNM Server Administation", descovers the devices but just that. No any other information.

In addition the "SNMP" status is "ok" but "SSH/Telnet" for some devices displays "UNMANAGED(Authentication failure)". I am not sure about this message and if it is related to the problem.

Please advice meaccordingly and give guidance if possible,

What DCNM version is this? Was it working fine earlier on this or some other version? Can you try to vacuum postgres database as per the following

Thank you for your reply.

The version is the 7.2(2a) and yes it was working fine since last week.

I am not sure if the postgre database has to do with this.

If you have any other suggestion please advice me accordingly.
