Why disable LACP Graceful Convergence on NX-OS for Clustering LACP?

Cisco Live (BRKSEC3032) recommended to disable LACP Graceful convergence on NXOS for clustering LACP, Could anybody explain why? Thanks.

This would be better off posted in Network infrastructure or Data Center forums, but I will answer it anyway.

It is recommended that graceful convergence be disabled on port towards non NX-OS devices.  Having graceful convergence enabled on these ports can cause the port state into standby state due to packet-loss.
