2620 router memory issues

hello all.

i have a 2620-RPS. it had a dc input to go to a RPS and it blew up. so i used a ac power supply. the router powers up. i have a 32 meg dram simm and a 16 meg flash simm on the router. every time i reboot it comes up saying

System Bootstrap, Version 11.3(2)XA4, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

ERROR: No system memory detected

can some one help me please?

the memory and flash is tested.

any documentation within cisco or any help would be highly appreciated

If the memory is known to be good and the correct type for the router, then this indicates a hardware issue with the router. You may want to try reseating the DIMM. If it still does not find the memory at bootup, the router will likely need to be replaced.

The menmory (DRAM and/or Flash) may have been damaged when the RPS blew up. If you have any other known good memory to test with, this would be the quickest way to see if this is the issue.
