3548 Switch in Switch: prompt

This is a 3548 switch and everytime we boot up the switch it comes up with the error message,

SYSTEM IS UNABLE TO BOOT AUTOMATICALLY BECAUSE THERE ARE NO BOOTABLE FILES TO BOOT and then gives a Switch: prompt.How do we proceed from here.
