4000 switch - sho proc

- Sho proc on 4000 shows 20% steady utilization. and the following two taking up most of this util. What could be wrong. I donot see any error messages in the log:

These 2 processes are very generic. Get output of "sh platform health" which is more granular. Also the following page should help

The process which are high are line card management processes. What kind of modules do you have and what IOS are you running? If you have WS-X4448 modules take a look at

I suggest that you run IOS such as 12.2(18)EW4
